Fabric prints and installation commissioned for the exhibition As Far As The Mind Can See, part of Experimenta Design 2015. Fatamorgana is the name of a mirage caused by water evaporation seen often in deserts or in open water. Fatamorgana art piece is a series of silkscreens on fabric, each 90cm x 120cm. The prints feature a composition made with the silhouettes cut-outs of many European leaders hugging or embracing, taken from various newspapers worldwide during the year of 2015, a year when the European migration crisis was specially dramatic.
